Summary: Standart .VTT files can be added in as many languages you need
NOTE: The .VTT file start time must be the one of on-demand session once the time offset has been applied
You can add Subtitle files in .VTT format to any on-demand video.
STEPS:
Unfold the Subtitles section of the Fine Tuning Tool
Click Upload new subtitles
Complete the form and choose a .VTT file
Observe that a CC icon will appear on the right side of the player control bar. Click it and choose the language you've just uploaded a file to check how it works.

Add as many .VTT files you want for different languages translations
