Summary: The Q&A Insights page offers a summary of the Q&A session key indicators and allows to access the Q&A panel to organize and download the information posted by your audience
Access the Q&A Insights page
Unfold the Analytics section on the left-hand-side menu of the Event Management page and click Q&A Insights. You will get an immediate overview of the number of questions and their status. For example:
The classification of the questions as ANSWERED, DUPLICATED WON'T, ANSWER AND NOT A QUESTION are based on the tagging the moderation team had executed during the Q&A
Click on Moderation Tool to access the Q&A moderation tool. There you can reorganize the questions and download them
