Summary: In VancastVideo, you can invite anyone to help you manage a Q&A session, whether they are workspace admins or not. This allows for greater collaboration and teamwork, ensuring that Q&A sessions run smoothly and efficiently.
Steps:
From the event management page, click on Collaborators then on Presenter Tools
On the page that opens, click
to add a new collaborator to use the Q&A Moderation Tool
Fill in the required Email, First name, LastName fields and tick Access to Q&A Moderation, then press Send
You will have a list of the users you have invited. You can delete an invitation or resend it using the buttons on the right-hand side of any of the invited users.
The invited user will receive an invitation that once consumed on one device/browser will not be reusable. If the invited user comes to you saying they cannot access it, just resend the invite using the
