Track the registrations to your event

Summary: If you use the Registration Gate or Allow List Access Links included in the platform you can track user registrations to your event. This article will show you how 
to view or download the list of registered users

Access the Registration Insights Panel

Click Registration Insights on the left-hand-side menu to access the panel. You get an immediate overview of the number of registered users per access link. 

You can click on one specific access link to filter the users that accessed via that link. 

You can search for a specific name or organize it alphabetically by clicking on the column headers

Finally, you can download your selection by clicking on the download icon

In addition to what is visible on the screen, the downloaded CSV file will also contain all the fields requested on the registration form.
