Event Page Settings

Summary: The Event Page Settings page, allow you to define the default initial state of your event page, configure buttons colours and personalize any text in any language you're using. 


From the Event Management Page, go to Event Page > Settings

Click on the tabs:

  1. Layouts: To change the default Layout of your event page
  2. Components: to personalize the default behaviour and colours of your page components (headers, footers, buttons and others)
  3. Texts: to personalize the event texts in any language
  4. Advanced settings:  for some advanced configuration options

1.- Change the default layout of your event

Click on the Layouts tab and drag a layout up or down to change the order of the layouts. 

This new order is the one the layouts will have in the Control Room. 

The first layout on the list becomes the default layout.

2.- Components

Click on the Components tab.

Image Components, like a Header bar or a container for texts or buttons, can have 3 different default statuses:

  1. Do not display: the component is not displayed. Nevertheless, the space allocated for the component remains. In this case, if the component is a container for other components, those components will not be visible
  2. Display without any image. The component is displayed with a transparent background. In this case, if the component is a container for other components, those components will be visible
  3. Display using the first image (in alphabetical order) The component is displayed with a background based on the first image uploaded (in alphabetical order). In this case, if the component is a container for other components, those components will be visible on top of that background.

Button components can have 2 different default statuses:

  • Do not display: the button component is not displayed. 
  • Display. The button component will be visible right when the user enters the page.

you can also personalize the background colour and text colour of the buttons

3- Texts

Click on the Texts tab: You will get one box per language defined on your event.

Click on the box of any of the languages to view and edit any text.

Remember to click save before leaving this section. Any tab with unsaved changes will show you a blue dot as a warning. You must save the changes on each tab separately.
